Thanks to everyone who has sent well wishes and prayers during this difficult time. Steve is so loved by so many. My heart as well as many others are broken. I love you always.

It is with extreme regret and sadness that we announce the passing of an employee and our friend, Steve Darnell. After a two month long, hard fought battle, Steve passed away this evening. Steve came to us in mid 2017 and instantly became a great friend and trusted employee. During his illness, the shear number of customers and friends who reached out just to check on him is a testament to his friendly personality and his ability to establish friendships wherever he went. Steve was an amazing asset in his profession. He was an accomplished painter and loved helping others in the automotive refinish industry learn the trade.

Steve leaves behind his wife Dana, his parents, a brother, a sister, his three children and grandchildren. Steve was a devoted family man. He loved his family and even though most of them lived out of state, he could be found phoning them each morning before starting his work day just to check in and let them know he loved each of them. So, we know this news is devastating to them and our thoughts and prayers are with them.

Just as Steve leaves a hole in his family’s hearts, he leaves us heartbroken as well. We prayed so hard for healing and even though we now know God had other plans, it’s hard to understand and accept a loss such as this. We ask that each of you pray for the family and for us, his friends and co-workers. As this begins to sink in, it will truly be a sad and trying time.
