Friends!!!! Hot tip- Fresh Market has the other French butter for an excellent price in the cheese case (not dairy). This is the one we had trouble getting, but people loved the giant crunchy salt crystals. We miss serving you!

For sale: Toast POS system in excellent condition. Two screens, two scanners, two cash draws, two ticket printers, two receipt printers, one meraki router. Will sell the whole thing or split in half- first taker on half gets the router. Price negotiable, two years old and well maintained. Brand new I paid 3k. Also will throw in ink, paper rolls and thermal rolls.

I have a mountain of paper goods (flatware, takeout, to go cups, ramekins, napkins etc) that I want to give away. I’ll be at the space today from 10-2, and again on January 2nd if anyone wants to grab anything.

This just in!!! Rillettes, liver mousse, and Cotechino! Cotechino is the traditional pork sausage eaten on New Years Day with lentils in Italy! This is what I am serving with our Rancho Gordo Puglia lentils on NYD (with a big ole pile of collards, natch)
