Thanks everyone for a wonderful sale tonight. Tomorrow we will be 1/2 off from 9am to 2pm. With the little rain we had this afternoon, we will be parking what we can in the front and side yard.

Please don’t block mailboxes or driveways.
Please only park on one side of the street.
No early pricing.
Cash is preferred.
Credit cards will be accepted but cash speeds up the process.

This sale is on!!!! Friday, June 12th from 4-7 pm
and Saturday, June 13th from 9-2pm. Due to weather conditions that are expected on Friday, we would like for everyone to park on the street. We do not want to mess our clients yard up. It’s a very long dead end street and the house is at the very end of the street. If needed, you can pull to the driveway and drop off your friends or family but you will have to go back down to park on the street. Please ONLY park on one side of the street. We will post the exact address on Thursday and will do a video also.

Please bring cash if at all possible to help speed up the process of checking out.

200 CR 1150, Riceville - drive all the way to the back of the subdivision. Only park on one side of the street!! Bring bags for shopping and taking your goodies home.

Good Morning! PLEASE READ

These storms are CRAZY! As of now, we plan on still opening the Cleveland sale for you, but, it looks like we will need to close at 12 due to a second round of strong storms moving in. We will keep you posted!

You will absolutely NOT be able to access the driveway today. As much rain as we’ve had, even a 4WD vehicle will sink. You must park on the road.
The driveway will be SLICK to even walk up. Please be prepared for this. The leaves around the yard will be SLICK.
