Tomorrow. My sister gets married. I made them a quilt, it’s by far my favorite I’ve ever made but I’m not sad to gift it one tiny bit because it makes me so silly excited to think about all the adventures it may go on in their future! Happy day to Shelby and Austin! I love you both!

Haven’t made a dress in a while! Decided to try out the (a simple hack of the ) that Helen has instructions for on her blog. There are many of you that follow me because of Maeve. She pulls a crowd for sure. But over the years as attention is drawn to the littles, my boy is still here doing his thing. I spend lots of time thinking about how to best give to him. So he knows that there is always some of me that is for him, even when so much of me goes to his sisters. He’s thoughtful, calm, adaptable, sweet, sometimes moody. I’m pretty sure his love language is quality time and I’m here for it, if even in tiny bits. I see so much in him, and it feels very inspiring.

Simple pony tail, holiday hair bow and the girl that made me want to make all the girly things!
She stood over me the last two days waiting so patiently to be able to have a bow for herself. The minute I tied this one together she scooped it off the table and asked me to wear it, then promptly brought a tiny green one over to her sister. Such a gift to adorn them.

Holiday bows for your littles arriving Walther Gardens this Friday morning! A little touch of fancy (along with all the playful messy) is our favorite.
The middle fabric is vintage from 1982 - wait, does that make me vintage too? - and I just can’t get enough!

Forever curating our little circus. This season our goods will be in their special Maker Holiday space. So you can come find the perfect tree, shop their lovely goods in the farmhouse and also get your handmade goods fix! A little elf also told me they have complimentary hot chocolate.

Find our hand-tied bows and tees in this cabinet and then I’ll be updating our offerings each Friday! Holiday aprons are up next.

A week in Colorado was definitely what we needed. Loving the little sparks of what exploring made us feel inside. The mountains and valleys are magic. We’re definitely going back. Big thanks to my parents for splitting airfare with us, my dear old friend for letting us borrow his car, and my little sis who let us take over her apartment while she, her fiancé and her pup slept in their tent on the roof of their Subaru parked in the driveway. It certainly took the whole village!
