I'm going to start offering sound healing meditations at the community center! The first one will be Sep 13th 9:05am-9:35am upstairs. We will start promptly at 9:05am. The door will be open at 8:50am and will close and be locked at 9:05am. If you are late, I'm sorry, come next time. This one is free to everyone! Bring a yoga mat and blanket if you want to lay down or you can sit in a chair, totally up to you.
