Bespoke handmade books and calligraphic works on paper are available as well, crafted by proprietor Laura Capp.

Focusing on high-quality craftsmanship and the handmade, Postscript carries a variety of beautiful objects, from letterpress printed cards, art prints, and decorative papers to calligraphy and bookbinding

tools to hand-bound books. Postscript also offers delightfully curated gifts that elevate the beauty of the everyday, such as home office goods, art prints, wallpaper, tea towels, and gorgeously illustrated children’s books. Because instruction in book arts can be difficult to find, Postscript also doubles as a studio space, offering workshops in bookbinding, calligraphy, and related disciplines by highly qualified instructors. With an espresso and tea bar newly open, Postscript also now offers event space, which you can rent for your own workshops or craft sessions.

▫️a flight schedule with all of our event offerings for the season
▫️a luggage tag that will get you 10% off at the shop all summer long
▫️a perforated boarding pass that doubles as a postcard you can send in at the end of the summer to enter our shop giveaway—a year’s worth of custom stationery!!!

There are 50 of these babies, and the printer assures me she will not be printing more. So! If you want a discount for the summer, the chance to win big, and a very special shop keepsake to boot, book your seat while you can.

We are ascending to altitude this week and kicking off our summer of connections with the promise of a ✨new✨ connection with a pen pal. And the timing is perfect because we just joined The Sunday Pals Network as a letter keeper, meaning people from across the world might write to our little shop in search of a pen pal in our neck of the woods. And our customers can do the same, writing a letter introducing themselves and sending it to a letter keeper anywhere in the network. We invite you to join us this Thursday evening to learn more and to send some letters of your own out into the world. What new connections will take shape? Half the fun is finding out as we go! No registration required, and we will happily provide the stationery and stamps.

We’ll have live music with Tony Boscarino and Ali Arant! We’ll have airplane snacks! We’ll have ginger ale and paper planes! And we’ll have each other as we get ready to lift off into summer.
