Pen Studio offers this Over Under Shotgun pen for the hunter enthusiast. The body of this rollerball is made from Ringneck Pheasant feathers with a rose gold bullet nib and gold .30 cal cartridge tail. The cap is wrapped in flocked suede and decorated with an Over Under Shotgun clip and shotgun shell top. A custom Lacewood display stand comes with this handsome pen.

Walnut Cove pinecone rollerball. I picked up three of these pinecones on a hike Easter morning around the Mill Pond. Cut down to fit a silicone mold, this pinecone was cast with a tricolor mix of Sky Blue, Copper and Brilliant Gold. The blanks were painstakingly turned and stabilized with CA to preserve the woody "leaves" of the cone. 19+ hours went into this double barrel hand turned pen. The semi-transparent colors allow a visual depth while still adding rich shimmering pigment. Photographs just don't capture the richness seen in natural light. Pictured with a raw pinecone like that cast, a signed story scroll describing the materials and processes used and a coordinating leather tube.

A new Sewing themed chrome click ballpoint for the seamstress in your life! This custom pen features a thread puller, embroidery thread, needle, measuring tape and button shaped to follow the curve of the barrel on a black background and cast in clear acrylic. Hand turned and polished. A Pen Studio original.

Casting "Seashells on the Beach": A tube was hand painted to transition from sand to deep water. Sand and tiny seashell were added to the "shallow end" of the tube. A tricolor acrylic mix was used to create the semitransparent receding water and foam. The cured acrylic was hand turned on a lathe and mounted on a sleek chrome ballpoint.

Part of a banknote series I've been making, this antique pewter and brass rollerball has a hand turned Gabon Ebony cap and the lower barrel is made from a 1000 Afghanis banknote wrapped and cast in clear acrylic. The cured acrylic was hand turned on a lathe and polished to a glass-like finish. One-of-a-kind, #3 in the Banknote Series.
