Skye Equipment Sales & Rentals is looking for an experienced, motivated professional to join our team as a Front Office Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Answer and direct incoming phone calls
✅ Schedule and coordinate trucking and equipment deliveries
✅ Manage equipment rental reservations and customer communications
✅ Assist with invoicing, record keeping, and office administration
✅ Utilize QuickBooks for daily business operations
✅ Provide exceptional customer service to our customers and vendors

Qualifications:
✔ Previous office administration experience required
✔ QuickBooks experience
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✔ Professional phone and communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
✔ Experience in construction, trucking, rental, or equipment industries is a plus

Schedule:
🕗 Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🕗 Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
📍 Full-Time Position

We are looking to add a full time skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic!

Key Responsibilities
-Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on heavy equipment
-Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and inspections
-work along side fellow mechanics
-YOU must have a positive attitude, communication skills and the ability to multitask

Qualifications
-Experience as a heavy equipment or diesel mechanic is REQUIRED
-Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
-The ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics and navigate SIS is a huge plus!
-Valid driver’s license
-clean driving record
