I wonder who's money Clay is living his life off of these days. We still get stories in about him pushing girlfriends into debt and forcing them to file for bankruptcy. Numerous people have had past business dealings with him for over a decade with similar results. Sad really that Clay Wagner can skip through life like this. I wonder if this girl knows all these things?

We did learn some new information today as a matter of fact. Apparently Clay has been trying to sell a re-branded version of his V-Strada as a BRAAP Scooter. Keep an eye out for this scam because it appears someone from the UK was recently scammed. The page is now gone from facebook, but it did exist.

Just thought I would mention we are still here. Albeit not a lot of movement on the fat bike front. Pretty clear Mr. Wagner has moved on from his failures. But if anything else moves toward getting people money back, we will keep everyone informed.

Looks like Peter Costa just updated his status. Out $840 with no bike to show for it and no refund! Lots of people waiting in the wings for Mr. Wagner to come forward and pay them back. Clearly he continues to mislead those who bought bikes with false stories about bikes being delivered or refunds being given.

We have hit another low point in this issue. Numerous people told by Indiegogo that their accounts were refunded or that the owner (Clay Wagner) is in the process of reaching out. Yet not a single cent has been refunded or indipendently verified. Indiegogo gets told by Clay that the person was refunded, and they change the status in their system. Be diligent in how your order appears. If it has not been fulfilled (to date NONE have been), then Indiegogo needs to know and we need to ensure that this idiot is not allowed to scam anyone else through these sites.

I have to say, we love Mr. Wagner's musings about the olympics and hs statement this awesome description about himself "FX trader, Entrepreneuer, Adventurer". When in reality, he adventured into entrepreneuing, then lost all of our money FX trading. Yes clay, we know where our money went and we have verification of this. Pretty shady scams you have running here. God help if any of us show up in your neck of the woods. Must be hard to stay in one place too long eh?

And we are back up! Apparently posting personal info of Clay's parents is a nono around here. Well that is all removed and those who need it have the info. You can PM me if you don't and would like to reach out to them. :) Regardless, he's siting pretty with our money has he makes benign comments about surfing in the olympics. This space continues to garner attention and we will make sure future endeavors of his are monitored and awareness to stay away is raised. This DB needs to man up and get people their refunds.

Would be nice to be out in this nice weather tearing up the virginia shore on a fat bike right now for sure. Still no refunds...still no bikes. Any new scams in the works Clay?

Pretty sad to see how many people come here regularly to view this page in hopes that someone was able to pull through with a refund from ol' Clay. Word has it he continues to remain incognito and not responding to emails. Call out is POS parents or his girlfriend who is on a visa dating a scam artist and he only pokes his head out to remind people he is still alive and a do*****ag. No refunds have been noted to date. Where are you clay?!

Still nothing from clay. Numerous people have messaged us saying Clay Wagner is no longer responding to emails and has failed to deliver on his desire to get refunds as stated below. We know lots about you Mr Wagner have given you lots of leeway to get yourself out of this pickle. Why don't you have the guts to respond further? You have ripped chub bike donors off by tens of thousands and continue to act as if you will actually deliver when we all know you pi**ed that money away. Aside from your overt clumsiness in handling your now suspended campaign, we have personal documents that allude to this being a fraud. That those pictures you posted of deliveries were fakes. Where's your answer to those charges?
