Friday Night Lights October Breast Cancer Awareness cheer bows. We love the opportunity to donate our time to make pink bows every October for local teams. And most importantly, to be a part of our community to honor survivors, remember those lost to the disease, and to support the progress we are making together to defeat breast cancer.

Graduation celebrations continue and we couldn’t be more proud to support small, women owned businesses to make it a beautiful and delicious success. BerryDulce provided the sugar cookie cake decorated in Tennessee splendor for a truly beautiful and delicious centerpiece. The Cornichon provided the gorgeous and savory charcuterie board, another party favorite; Regina continues to elevate her game and surprise us party after party and we can’t wait to see what she does next! And last but not least, cookies provided by Cookies by Kk, another long time partner for our family celebrations who always knocks it out of the park with flavor and beauty.

Reflecting on a favorite photo of my loves this Mother’s Day. “The days are long and the years are short” they say. But with teenagers, and one off to college soon, the days are too, too short, as are the years. Wishing all a fabulous Mother’s Day and sending big HUGE hugs to our friends just making it through this day without their moms.

Happy Cinco De Mayo! We couldn’t have spent the day celebrating any better way than with our most favorite people and doing our most favorite things; educating ourselves on our physical health and mental wellness with AWAKENING training and then toasting all the BIG and LITTLE gains we’ve made TOGETHER in this journey. And of course toasting with some Mezcal skinny / spicy margaritas (inspired by our recent Tulum trip), delicious homemade enchiladas, guacamole and cauliflower rice and beans for the ultimate win.

This JKS Yoga mask is going to be one of my travel essentials as I head out of town for a yoga retreat and am so so excited to share with my fellow Yogis also heading to Mexico. Our Story

Hello and welcome! We're Jennifer and Brooke, the mom and daughter team behind Designs with Cheer and we're happy to have you join us as we launch our new (and first) business together. As you can see, we're in "the cheer life" and would live, eat, and breath cheer if we could. As a mom, I love seeing my daughter physically fit through grueling practices and tough conditioning, accomplish new feats on the mat, put herself out there in competitions, learn how to be a gracious winner and not a sore loser, and make new friends through the cheer community. DWC is our attempt to spend time together making beautiful things we love to celebrate life's special moments, as well as create a business and experience that will allow Brooke to learn and grow as we look towards college in a few short years.
