✨ Open Invoice Policy Update ✨

To continue offering flexible open orders while keeping things fair for everyone, we are implementing the following invoice policy Effective June 1, 2026:

• Open invoices may remain active for up to 14 days from the first claim
• Customers must make payment progress within that timeframe to continue claiming items
• Want to keep your order open longer? We now offer a non-refundable deposit option of $50 that will be applied toward your final balance
• Invoices with no payment or communication in 30 days may be canceled and items returned to inventory

We completely understand that life happens, and we are always happy to work with customers who communicate with us 💎
