Words matter! Acceptable definitions at the time something was written, matters.

When we argue amongst ourselves over what was intended by the words written by our Founders, it gives our opponents more ammunition to defeat us.

This is a fun little example, but it definitely seems to hold true. Are our voices being restrained? Yeah... for sure, but we are also doing it to ourselves by not being united upon the topics and words that truly matter.

We seem to be fighting over things that are either personal choices... or preferences. Or we're arguing over definitions of the words used and the intentions at the time they used them.

Enjoy y'alls day... get out and destroy some paper or clang some steel this weekend, if you can. It is a stress reliever and it's good for the soul. Also read and research these things for yourself. Seek the truths, and the truths will be revealed to you.
