It’s time to sort it all out.

One tedious part of doing pottery for a living is trying to keep on top of inventory. TN Faire ended. Pennsic is next the Pittsburgh Faire and I have only a vague understanding of what is in my inventory.

Sometimes they don’t work out as planned. It fell down while I was having dinner.

Another fairly lovely day at Tennessee Renaissance Festival despite what I am about to describe.

The forecast is never what it says and the patrons put up with the rain like it’s a minor inconvenience. We had periods of steady rain, clear skies, a thunderstorm and some lovely cool breezes in between it all. It was hot, wet, cool and humid in shifts. Real feel of 94 this afternoon.

Renaissance Festival work isn’t only on the weekends. Today when it’s super warm and humid we’re on site sorting through the backstock of pottery that was stored under the display tables.

This will be closing weekend and we want to be as fresh and ready as we were the first weekend!
