We’ve decided to stop accepting PSA submissions.
We’ve done this for a few important reasons. We submit cards in groups because it saves everyone money—bulk shipping is much cheaper than sending cards individually, and we’re able to pass along better pricing to you.
The downside is that it can take us 10–15 days to gather enough cards before we send them out, which already adds to the total turnaround time.
On top of that, PSA’s Value/Bulk service lists around 65 business days (roughly 3+ months). As an affiliate, we also know PSA’s “receiving process” (unboxing) can add an extra 3–4 weeks before the official turnaround clock even starts. That puts us at 4–5 months minimum right from the start.
We always tell customers it could take up to 6 months (an overestimate on purpose) because we’d rather set realistic expectations than disappoint.
Unfortunately, many people still hear from friends, see shorter times online, or simply don’t read the details we provide when they drop off their cards.
In the end, it’s become too much. We’re getting 10+ calls and emails per day, along with threats of bad reviews, even though we’ve been upfront about the timelines. We love offering services to our customers, but this one is no longer worth the stress for our team.
Any cards that have already been dropped off will be taken care of. Thanks for understand :)
