Off to its new home.
Butcher blade in 80CRV2.
11.5” overall, 7.5 of that is blade.
Convex cutting angle made it ridiculous sharp.

Now that it’s not 110 degrees, I’m back in the knife shop.
Available is a Mukimono in Damascus steel with a copper wash and Walnut handles.
I ground a fuller in above the cutting edge.
Love the way it slices!

Made some charcuterie boards with the leftovers.
