This is a problem, not just with Samsung, but with most refrigerators that have the ice room in the top left of the fresh food area.

Most of the time it's caused by a very small gap between the ice room floor and the inside wall of the refrigerator.

Hundreds of Central Florida families say they are fed up with their Samsung refrigerators and despite all the problems, there is no recall insight.
