Good Evening everyone, no photo for this post, but it's just about time to launch into our farmer's market season which kicks into high gear for us tomorrow!

Here is our schedule for Memorial Day weekend 2026 as we make our season debut at all three spots listed below! ⬇️ 👇

Friday, two events.
1. Rome Farmers Market 9AM-1PM.
2. Hoozels at The Lakes night market 5PM-8PM.
This is a 🆕 event that we are looking forward to attending a handful of times this summer! Hoozels has great food, tasty drinks and a good vibe!

Saturday. OFF, no events, but if you miss us and need to stock up, then you can stop by Rome Country Meats & Deli in the Rome area or The Meat Market-Wisconsin Dells if you are swinging by the Dells.

Sunday, one event.
Elm Street Plaza (Downtown WI Dells) Market. 9:30AM-2:30PM

Even though our 2026 production season is over, the prep work for 2027 must continue! Roth Sugarbush showed up yesterday with a delivery of various supplies for our operation. 🚛

Good Morning everybody!

Welp, our 2026 "production season" came to end on Friday (4/10) afternoon and we switched off our evaporator one last time. Our north facing woods (slopes) gave us some good sap most of last week which helped extend our season by about a week. As we tell customers at farmers' markets, the production season is not a gold rush, but a MAPLE SYRUP rush!

Overall it was an amazing production season for us. The season spanned 38 days (3/4-4/10). We boiled 26 times in that 38 days and we definitely had some marathon like sap runs that had us wondering if someone had left the faucet turned on in the woods.....😅😂

Now it's time for us to clean up our sugarhouse, clean our RO machine, start pulling taps out of the trees, washing tanks and getting ready for "selling season".
