This is one of those, "I have some good news and some bad news, which would you like first?"

OK, I'll choose!

The bad...Early in 2025 I experienced a fall that seems to have really taken its toll. I have had to alter my soap making to working around hospitalizations, surgeries, tremendous pain, and, a slower than I like, recovery. I will be closing the online store, www.soapstonelanding, before the end of this year. A very small amount of inventory is there, if you're interested.

Now here's the good news! Shuffield Music Company located in downtown Arkadelphia, carries a nice selection of our soaps. Many are exclusive to them and only being sold there. Some are old familiars, just renamed and using Shuffield's logo. Paul & Kristine Shuffield are wonderful people and willing to ship. Holler if you'd like a list of soaps they have on hand.

Blessings to you and yours as this year comes to a close and we welcome in 2026! I truly enjoyed making and selling cold process soaps these last two years. Thank you to each of you for your encouragement, kind words, and purchases. You helped my dream become a reality and I am so grateful!

Soapstone Landing's online store, www.soapstonelanding.com is now open for business. There is plenty of time to get items in the mail before the holidays so check us out and let us know if you have any questions.

Shipping is free for orders of $75 or more. Local residence save on postage by clicking the tab at checkout. We will let you know when one of us is in town and coordinate drop off.

We are releasing "Camp Meeting" today! This is a beautiful bar of cold process soap and it was named by KJ, our grandchild & niece. She said it reminded her of the evenings at Camp Meetings when passing by the shower building and the lovely, clean scents were mingling in the air.

Camp Meeting is such a huge part of many families' lives in our area and has been for lots of years. To help ensure this tradition continues, Soapstone Landing is donating 50% of all proceeds of our current inventory to Davidson Campground, in Okolona.

Clark County Farmer's Market!

Tomorrow Wednesday July 9th we will attend The Clark County Farmers' Market across from Henderson University at Central Park. Arkadelphia Arkansas. Varieties are JulyPrince and Red Globe both yellow fleshed freestone peaches. White River white fleshed freestone peach. Fruit is of excellent flavor and size. Ya'll come early! Thanks Lou J

Soapstone Landing has been asked several times if we have any soap made with turmeric. We're pleased to announce the unveiling of Turmeric & Orange Zest. This spicy little number will be ready to join you in your shower by approximately July 30th.

As makers of handcrafted soap, we can only claim our products will cleanse...and they do! However, this amazing additive to our soap bar shown here is the reason this soap is a beautiful natural amber color and also has a natural earthy aroma along with the added essential oils and fragrance.

We encourage you to look online and see what others claim are benefits of additives, such as turmeric, in bath soap. All I know is what we sell to you, we make. What we make, we use on ourselves and our loved ones🩵🩷💜 Enough said on that 😉😘
