This is a Harmar Otolift with a power turning seat riding backwards up the stairs to safely navigate an extremely narrow staircase. It’s an incredible solution for homes where a standard stairlift simply won’t work.

Behind every custom Otolift curved stairlift is a lot more than just a few measurements.

Sorry for the delay in posting! I’ve been out of town, and since I do all of Helping Wheels’ social media myself, finding time has been a little challenging.

These photos show the measurement and verification process for an Otolift curved stairlift. We place special markers on every step, the walls, and the landings. Then we take a series of photos. As each marker turns green in the software, we know we’ve captured the information needed to create an accurate 3D model of the staircase.

That model is then used to custom-build the rail for your home, helping ensure a precise fit before installation even begins.

The finished installation is still a few weeks away, but don’t worry—we’ll be sharing those pictures too!

Our dedication to our customers doesn’t stop when we’re out of town! Normally we go out of town at different times. Harmar invited us to be part of their Dealer Council, so both bosses are away—but the work still has to get done! 💻😂

First our grandbaby tested the stairlift… now our four-legged quality control manager, Shelby, is giving my personal lift chair a try! 🐶😂

I’m not only the owner… I’m a customer too!
