Introducing North Woods Golden Light, a storytelling content retreat for wedding and elopement photographers and videographers.

Over two days across two stunning Lake Superior locations, you’ll step into 2 fully curated concepts telling two very different love stories. One wild and windswept. One grounded and unhurried. Both intimate. Both yours to tell.

Looking for that upscale chartreuse green and white decor for your wedding but not sure it’s in your budget? The Mara Jo Collection is a perfect example of how high quality faux florals can give you this elevated, modern look for a fraction of the cost of real florals. It’s no secret that there is a ton of stigma around faux florals. I’ve found that people either love them or hate them. But the reality is that weddings are expensive, real florals are expensive (for good reason), and it’s not always in the budget for couples getting married.

But let me tell you something not many people know, RENTING faux florals is incredibly cost effective and will give you a much more elevated look vs. creating faux floral arrangements on your own.

Now, of course you will still have to pay a labor fee if you’re looking for custom arrangements, but the flowers themselves are still going to be much cheaper to rent.
✨ BETTER QUALITY FLOWERS. If you choose a reputable faux florist that is able to purchase wholesale flowers, we have a plethora of vendor options for getting the best quality faux florals. As a consumer, your options are limited to the basic retail stores where the quality isn’t always the best. We have spent a ton of time and money looking for the best quality flowers bc our clients deserve the best.
✨ DESIGN. Plain and simple. As faux floral professionals, we have an eye for design. Not saying that every other person isn’t able to create arrangements just as beautiful. But you hire professionals for a reason, and design is a huge part of that reason.
✨YOUR TIME IS MONEY. When I started making faux floral arrangements, it took me forever just to make 1 arrangement. I’m quite a bit faster now, but that’s bc I’ve developed systems over time that improve my production. Building floral arrangements on your own takes time. Planning a wedding takes time, and using up your time in the weeks and months leading up to your wedding day can quickly lead to fatigue and burn out.

VERSATILITY is a key ingredient with the Andrea Collection. It can fit seamlessly in pretty much any venue, and it allows for easily adding personal touches by changing out the runner color and candle options. The sky is the limit with this table decor collection.

Here is a look at how I pack up each tablescape for pickup with the Avery Collection. When clients choose to pickup and drop off their rentals, they can have the rentals for up to 6 days, and I pack the decor for each table in separate totes to make setup as easy as possible. Clients are also provided setup guides for each table to make the whole process really simple and stress free.

This client rented 10 round and 3 long Tablescape packages along with rattan placemats or chargers, and the Avery collection floral ground arch. Surprisingly, we were able to fit everything in a small SUV!

Fun Fact: My aunt and uncle, and my best friend got married here. has been a staple in the Ham Lake/Blaine area for decades and I’m happy to have been invited back for their showcase this year.

Congratulations to Jen & Ilan who celebrated their union at the River Room last night! The space is beautiful, the bride and groom were gorgeous, and I loved designing and setting up their tablescapes.

These tables are more narrow than a traditional banquet table, so Jen worked with me to customize the Andrea Collection to better fit the space. This must be the year of exploring more customizations with my tablescape designs and I am here for it!
