Our story begins 2012 after realizing the need for a quality local repair shop for mobile devices in humboldt county. So we opened our first store in Northtown Arcata, CA with 2 employees. After an overwhelming demand, we took on new employees and opened a kiosk at Bayshore Mall in Eureka CA. Within the first year we would realize the need for a storefront within the mall to better serve our custo
mers. We now have two full stores and are able to fix most mobile devices and tablets within the same day. Our mission has become to provide the best service to our humboldt county community. We strive everyday to expand our service to all parts of the county. Why fix a phone instead of buy a new one? It’s less costly than buying a new one, less time consuming than reinstalling and adding all of your important software, and frankly a lot less aggravating. You are conserving the Earth by not buying new equipment which in return saves the lives of others. If you buy new - then the demand goes up. This increase in demand just furthers damages our Earth to the point of no return. The trashing of old equipment creates more non-recyclable parts returning to Earth landfills and oceans. We might be a few dollars more than others, but it’s because we care about the quality and your satisfaction more the price. Plus 95% our parts come with a lifetime warranty while the other 5% is 90 days. In the long run, quality repair will definitely save you more.
