Founded in 2021, Chaos Acres is a home-based cottage registered bakery rooted in community, family, and baking from scratch. There is no order minimum.

Specializing in sourdough breads and other sourdough based items. All items are homemade and not subject to state inspection. Chaos Acres is a small-batch bakery located in West Central MN. Please allow 2-3 business days for any orders containing sourdough and 1-2 business days for all other orders. I am willing to travel within a 2 hour radius of my location. Please message for further details. You can place an order either through the website or direct messages. I am a MN Cottage License holder. All products are homemade and are not subject to state inspection.

HAPPY NOVEMBER!!

With Halloween officially behind us, we are officially entering my favorite kind of chaos.

HOLIDAY BAKING SEASON! 😂

Just because our bread stand is quiet now, doesn't mean my ovens are!

We are shifting gears into holiday baking! I'd love to help make your holiday table a little more delicious and try to save you a little kitchen time yourself.

THANKSGIVING PRE ORDERS ARE OFFICIALLY OPEN!

If you are hosting the whole crew, bringing something to share, or just want to make sure there's something delicious waiting for you after the turkey, I've got you!

I will be taking orders until Sunday, Nov. 22! These spots typically fill fast so please do not wait until last minute to get on the schedule!

All orders must be picked up or locally delivered by Wednesday, Nov. 25!

To be able to spend Thanksgiving with my own family, I will be closed Thanksgiving Day AND Black Friday.

If nothing on our feature menu looks good, you are more than welcome to order something you WILL enjoy!

Your support during these "slower" months means SO much.

We are all treats and no tricks here!!

I have availability for some baking this week!

Tuesday - I have space for 5 more loaves of bread (I need to know by SUNDAY MORNING so that it can have enough time to ferment properly).

Thursday - no sourdough bread available but all other items (quick breads, scones, muffins, rolls, cookies, bars, etc) are all fair game!

Friday - no sourdough bread available but all other items (quick breads, scones, muffins, rolls, cookies, bars, etc) are all fair game!

These little pumpkin loaves are absolutely adorable!

We will definitely be featuring these for our Thanksgiving Menu in both our mini (bread stand size) and family size!

Full list will be dropping November 1! Order spaces will be limited and fill up quickly so be sure to get your orders placed before the holiday hustle hits full swing!

Egg Nog Cookies are BACK!

I haaaaate egg nog by itself but these cookies are so soft and have the perfect hint of cinnamon in them. They are the PERFECT holiday cookie.

Our last bread stand is officially **CANCELED** due to the forecasted rain.

However, I already have some (or a lot of 🙃) sourdough bread going and will have some order over flow through the week. I have limited availability the rest of the week due to other standing orders.

Sooooooo remember how this Wednesday was supposed to be our last bread stand? 🫣🫣🫠

I will be keeping a sharp eye on the forecast!

If it still shows rain by about noon tomorrow, we will be canceling the bread stand and going to a pre-order! I will already have bread going so those will for sure be available, you will just need to name your flavor!

Keep an eye out here tomorrow for the final call!

I think next year, I need to roll out an awards ceremony at the end of the year. 🤣

These two cracked me up at our last stand! I was out for a brief moment and saw the thumbnail video on my notifications.

You guys, it was not even 50⁰ and they were SO dedicated to coming, they were in their pajamas and barefoot. 🤣🤣 I absolutely loved it and immediately messaged her.

It completely made my day. I appreciate the dedication to their weekly haul!

I do truly appreciate ALL of you and your dedication to supporting our small business no matter how you show up for us!
