New phone didn’t have the 3am alarm set 😬 Smokey roast beef is just getting done. Chicken and pork got done this AM. I believe everything is ready to go for online pickup and delivery orders. I just have to publish the updated menu.

Sorry to not have walk-in service available! Being the prep guy, cook guy, server guy, cleanup guy, outdoor kitchen designer, and project manger has left little time to be the shop manager, checkout clerk, and janitor 😂😂😂

Hurricane Ian was just another notch in this ol’ building’s bed post. More water leaked through the roof last week. Ice maker is still full too, so it doesn’t look like it ever even lost power. Crazy!

Since the retail hours have been scaled back to focus on food service and outdoor kitchens during the week, Pickup and Delivery orders have been enabled online (hopefully this works 😬) for everything in the shop except food. I am still working on that part, but it’s close. Hope everyone is having a nice day!

Temporary new hours start this week:

Monday - Thursday will now be focused on Outdoor Kitchen projects and the Restaurant / Catering side of things. Online pickup orders will still be available, but there will be nobody to run the shop during the day.

Friday -Saturday will be the regular Retail Shop hours.
