Thank you to everyone who came out to Apple Fest at Little Buffalo State Park!
If you’ve never been, you definitely need to mark it on your calendar for next year. They opened up the mill and made fresh Apple C***r, Apple Butter, and Cornbread! Our kids loved watching the process…and of course the taste testing 😋

It's almost here... Apple Festival Weekend is upon us! 🍎
October 17th and 18th from 10am-3pm!

Come out and enjoy food and craft vendors, local folk musicians, kid's games, and of course, a fully operational grist mill! We will be grinding cornmeal, pressing apples for c***r, and boiling apple butter - all for sale, and all proceeds benefit the preservation of PA State Park's only working mill! 🦬 The Historical Society of Perry County will be doing tours of the Blue Ball Tavern as well both days - your last chance of the season to visit this museum!

****Know before you go! Parking for Apple Festival is a little different than parking for Little Buffalo (Art) Festival. We do NOT have shuttle buses. You CAN park in the swimming pool parking lot and walk Fisherman's Trail; however - we will be parking most visitors in our field parking area to the East of State Park Road.

****Keep in mind, many of our vendors as well as our Friends Group's merchandise (cornmeal included) is CASH ONLY.

We will have ADA dropoff at the mill itself for folks just simply getting cornmeal or dropping off visitors - there is no parking though at the mill itself.

Please consider leaving pets at home, as some areas may be crowded. Service animals only are welcome inside the buildings.
