Reminder, the recreational Chesapeake Bay Chain Pickerel (pike) fishery is OPEN for CATCH AND RELEASE FISHING AT ALL TIMES.

There is no harvesting permitted between March 15-April 30, 2024. At all other times, the creel limit is 10 fish per day. Pike cannot be used as bait.

Please consider signing this petition to improve Oregon Inlet in North Carolina. This inlet claimed two additional lives recently, and it is now time to move forward with the channel and jetty improvements that were approved in 1970.
