📣 Team Update

We have added over a dozen swimmers in the last 6 hours! Because of this growth, I have updated the swim group list.

If you don't see this update before tomorrow morning, don't worry! We expect a few adjustments throughout the week as we continue evaluating swimmers and balancing groups. Flexibility is key during the first week of practice.

We are so excited to kick off the season! Please review the schedule below so swimmers and families know what to expect.

☀️ First Practice (Groups 5–7)

7:45 AM 1st Practice Swimmers Setup
8:00 AM First Practice Team Meeting
8:15 AM Enter Pool for Warm-Ups
8:30 AM Starts & Turns Review
8:45 AM 100M/50M Freestyle Time Trials
9:15 AM Sprint Sets & Cool Down (Lanes 2–6)
9:15 AM Makeup Evaluations (Lane 1)
9:25 AM Whole Team Meeting in the fenced hangout/viewing area (Parents welcome!)
9:30 AM First Official Team Cheer! 🎉
After the Team Cheer:
Groups 5–7 are dismissed.
Groups 1–4 begin their practice session.
🐬 Second Practice (Groups 1–4)
Time Activity
9:30 AM Practice Meeting
9:45 AM Pool Tour
10:00 AM Groups 1 & 2 with Coach Melissa in the Shallow End
10:00 AM Groups 3 & 4 – 25M/50M Freestyle Time Trials
10:30 AM Group 4 helps with cleanup
10:30 AM All other swimmers are free to go
📣 Parent Notes
Parents are encouraged to attend the 9:25 AM Whole Team Meeting.
Please have swimmers arrive a few minutes early and ready to enter the water.
Bring a swimsuit, goggles, water bottle, and a positive attitude!
Don't forget to stay for our first official team cheer at 9:30 AM!
