A gift from a foraging friend of gorgeous and gastronomically superior Black Trumpet mushrooms, will be transformed into a truffle (and no pun intended by “truffle” because Black Trumpets are often compared to Truffles the mushroom.
Making a jam with some for ganache, and candying the prettiest ones in white wine and lemon for the topper! Stay tuned for a this tasty new twist on chocolate 🍄‍🟫
