Friends of Middle Earth: we have not forgotten you and thank you for your support. The start up of the store has taken longer than planned and been more expensive. We have finished construction and are meeting with our investors now for next steps. Stay tuned for more information. Friends of Middle Earth: thank you for staying with the FB page and the vision to bring ME to NY, while keeping the A2 connection going. Of course the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor's South University Art Fair, The Brown Jug, The Gargoyle Humor Magazine and many other institutions of loyalty remain for the store locally. This weekend, please join us for a reception at the Campus Inn celebrating the rebirth of Middle Earth in Bronxville, N.Y. and also recognizing the contribution to the community of the Selo/Shevel Gallery of downtown A2. We have authentic ME merchandise for purchase and also some store give away items to get us in the right frame of mind going forward. Stay tuned to this page for the exact day/time over the weekend, then let me know if you can attend by sending a message or if you are flexible this weekend that's good to tell me now. Our old neighbor Good Time Charley's is another classic on South U. that we recognize of course as a local institution. Go Blue this weekend vs. Oregon State and yes, stay in touch!

Friends of Middle Earth: thank you so much for your interest in ME. Middle Earth made my years as a student in Ann Arbor in the mid-80's (Coach Harbaugh was in my graduating class) so hopeful and interesting. Cynthia and Elaine have run this amazing collection of what's important (and not) and yes, sale worthy in our for-profit universe (you gotta pay the rent!)
With that spirit in mind, myself and two lifelong friends from Eastchester NY, Beth and Christin, will be offering some authentic MIddle Earth merchandise on this page. Please feel free to contact us through me at this time or post on the Wall! ME is in transition and we are planning to be at the Ann Arbor Art Fair this Summer with great store items. Please join us also as our friends at the new Krazy Jim's Blimpy Burgers in downtown A2 in early May for a ME event, with great food, and new, classic MIddle Earth gifts. I will be out there to give out an Honors Award at graduation with my former Professor. So it's in the best of all ME spirit that we say goodbye for now kiddies, and 'til next time, au revoir!
