I don't know about y'all, but we eat a lot of chicken at our house. I love all the recipes that call for shredded chicken, but I have always hated having to figure out how to cook it quickly (I am not that much of a planner when it comes to dinner) and get it in my recipe. Well, I have now found a way to cook chicken in less than 20 minutes. And it is sooo good and flavorful. If your chicken breasts are on the larger size, cut them in half horizontally. And feel free to share your favorite recipes with shredded chicken!
