Since Jun 4th we have been without a landline. No phone. We also lost our internet through our provider though a customer set us with a temporary fix. Long story short, once again someone is supposed to come out and fix the issue. A person has already been here once; the issue is outside of the building so another person needs to show. I have already been here a few times at 8 in the morning to meet someone to fix it, last time the person never made it. Love it, not. Tomorrow, Wednesday the 24th is the next time they are supposed to show. We may lose the internet again so we may lose the ability to do card transactions again. I am a comic store owner, not an I.T. person. To be safe and you are able to feel free to bring cash or be ready to use PayPal again. It may not matter, they may not show again, or nothing will happen to our internet. If not for waiting so long to get this fix we would have told them try another day. Gotta love technology.
