Another successful winter is in the books! Thank you to everyone that made it to the angle this winter. Huge thank you to Sunset Lodge, Hennum's Oak Island Lodge, Young's Bay Resort, Cyrus's Flag Island Resort, and Angle Outpost Resort who all did an amazing job hosting all our fisherman. Books are looking busy for next year, especially if you are interested in a wolf hunt spots are very limited!

Lane helped haul some of the train home yesterday. He said I was Charles not Thomas 😅. Last day is tomorrow! Summer is filling fast if you want to get in the boat you better call soon!

Big fish make big smiles! The Roseau boys had a fun March day. We are booked for the rest of this season but taking dates for next year already, don’t wait to long January is already filling fast.

Crappie might have been a little slow but between the nice walleye, bass, perch, and some big old pike these guys still had a blast. Until next year!

If you want a chance to make some memories this winter chasing slabs, the window is starting to close. We have March 5th & the 11-13 open and that’s it! It’s been a great season and I’m sure it will go out with a bang! Shoot a message if you want to lock in one of the remaining days.

A little mange but Jared finally got a wolf 🐺 down. 75-80 male. A few deer saved in the angle.

Started a little slow today but once we found some hungry ones they couldn’t keep em off! Sunset Lodge’s cleaning table is going to be busy. The Trav Powers Tackle Company plastics were the ticket today. There’s openings Feb 23-27 the rest is starting to fill up.

The algorithm says not to do long posts but today deserves one! Today we split one group into two spots one put a smack down on some slabs, the other had a pretty a slow morning figuring out the bite. Come lunch checks I was ready to tell them to move by the other guys but they seemed happy working that spot and man did it payoff! Kayla was outside hole hoping with her lucky spoon and live minnow and after one swing and a miss she hooked onto to a 31 inch LOTW queen! I’ve been in the angle over a decade and have yet to see a walleye that looks like Kayla’s trophy! Oh and they mixed in some 14’ slabs 😅. Thanks to Hennum's Oak Island Lodge for giving these guys a place to stay, I think they’ll be back.
