Dear Community Members and Market Supporters,
We generally do not like to post or share our thoughts and feelings on things outside of the market or the realm of our control. However, we recently became aware of a situation going on in our town that could have a negative impact on our customers and vendors. Safety has, and always will be, paramount to our market vendors and market attendees.
We have been made aware that our town's EMS service is about to be infringed upon in a way that would cause interruption or delay to their response to our market if needed. To better explain I am going to simply paste the urgent call for attention and support below. If you are a concerned resident, or frequent our market, please feel free to voice your concerns with a letter or your presence at the below meeting.
In all things, we must remember that we, The Owners of The Exchange, aim to serve our local communities in peace, light and with effectiveness. We are First Responders, after all.
With love and light,
Tiffany
Market Manager and Owner

Urgent Matter for the Residents of Andover:
Andover Emergency Medical Services (EMS) has been evicted from the Main Street Station in Andover and the EMS Chief has been instructed relocate his department's equipment to a location that is not ideal, based on data. π
What does this mean?
πThis means that the ambulance, all of the supplies and equipment and the EMS Office is to be relocated to the East Station no later than October 15th.
Why?
πThis change is being implemented to "...put all Fire Offices under same roof."
What does that mean for our community?
πLonger response times to EMS calls in town, especially anything on the West Side of Andover. That means longer responses to the Elementary & Middle School, the Town Offices & Library, all businesses that are West of Plains Road, Proctor Academy, the Sports Fields, Parts of the Rail Trail, Restaurants, Gas stations and convenience stores, The Highway Departments, possibly your home... and more.
What can you do?
πππTomorrow morning (10/4/25) a public fire commissioners meeting is being held at the Main Street Station at 8 AM. Please come and voice your thoughts with the Fire Commissioners as ALL ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND! π
