Ok Ladies, would love some advice! Let’s share tips and tricks in hopes it can help others!
I would love to know if anyone has had any luck with a product that helps restore hair loss/thinning/breakage for those of us who may or may not be perimenopausal 🫠
Whether it’s topical (trying to avoid minoxidil if possible), or oral such as Nutrafol or another supplement. I attempted to start prenatal vitamins (my dr’s suggestion) this week but my tummy said no thanks😬
