So, the statistical probability of our system failing so badly that we somehow missed packaging 7/8 items is statistically impossible. Everything is barcoded, scanned, visually checked and confirmed by a 2nd person, weighed, sealed, then shipped. We have a 99.8% order accuracy rate and for this to have happened we would have had to miss more items on ONE order than we have missed in 12 months of orders.

Just message us if you have questions or concerns about your order notes. We are happy to explain them to angry spouses and tell them that they are loved as well.
