💜Filling Orders💜

Thank you for everyone's patience as we took a few weeks off to welcome our newborn & settle in! 💝

I'm back on my kitchen witch/magic making duties & will be filling orders again starting this weekend! 🙌

If you're in need of some elderberry syrup, teas or any of the glycerites we offer, kits, you name it! We're stocked up on all the immune boosting goods! 👌 Our prices currently remain unchanged, but as we navigate the future we will make announcements to any changes we may have to make! 🥴💞

Hello all! It's been a while since I've posted, just a quick update! 👌

As many of you already know we currently are not serving at our usual Tasteful Tuesday Farmers Market for the time being! We miss seeing all of your smiling faces & catching up every week! 💜

I am however still filling orders and meeting with customers throughout the week! Don't hesitate to shoot us a message or inquire about products anytime! 🥰

I am meeting with a handful of customers today (01/16) to make sure everyone is stocked up before we are due to deliver our newest edition this week. I will likely not be filling orders for the next week or two as we settle in! 💝

Our product highlight this week is our 8 ingredient brew it yourself syrup kits! 💜

We decided to offer a home kit for those that are more "do it yourself'ers" 😏 This is convenient for those that want to have the ability to brew syrup when they need it, as opposed to buying it pre-made & ready for consumption!

This also gives customers the autonomy to add whatever choice of sweetner they prefer! These kits don't expire and render 32 or more ounces of syrup, enough for an entire family! 🙌

Bonus use; save the strained herb pulp, place in freezer cubes, & re-use for an amazing cup of tea!

Happy Tuesday market family!! 🙌

This week's product highlight is our local Alaskan honey that we have infused with our organic strait from Ukraine, sambucus nigra elderberries! 💜

Our local bee keeper maintains and produces his honey here ethically and far from any agricultural spraying to ensure it's free from pesticides or toxins! We then slow infuse our berries until we produce it's rich dark flavor and color to perfection! 😋🍯

Use this honey to spread on toast/oatmeal/yogurt or in whatever fashion suits your taste buds best! Our customers love to add it to their tea as a natural sweetner with a touch of elderberry! Also makes for a great gift; honey stick always included! 🐝

Our product highlight this week is our loose leaf teas! 🌿

We offer 2 different 5 ingredient blend teas! Both wonderful medicinally in their own ways & flavor profiles! 🫖

Our elderflower peony tea is a lighter full bodied flavor with herbs like marshmallow root and lemon thyme, it really helps aide the respiratory system! Great powerhouse for health! 💪🫁🦠

Our ancient elder-wise blend is a darker ceylon black tea complimented by ingredients such as hibiscus, cherry bark, & orange peel amongst others! Loaded with flavonoids, polyphenols, antioxidants & vitamins! 🌺

This week we wanted to highlight one of our less familiar products, Pontack sauce! 💜

This rich reduction of elderberries in an apple cider vinegar base is our most savory product by far! 👌

Paired with shallots, peppercorns, & spices this makes for a well rounded meat marinade or vinegrette! I personally love adding it to moose or yak from Sunny Hill Ranch in the crock pot! Think of it as infusing an extra boost of antioxidants & flavor into your favorite dish! 🍽️😋

The great thing about Pontack sauce is that it ages like wine & is shelf stable until opened! Makes for a great gift! 💝
