Happy Mother's Day! Whether you are a mom on the Planning Team, a mom who creates beautiful items for your booth, a mom who enjoys shopping each year, or a local mom who we've been blessed to support through our non-profit efforts-- we hope you all have a wonderful day full of special moments.

As always, booth fee proceeds from the 2026 Alaskan Christmas Bazaar will be donated to a featured non-profit organization-- it's one of the many reasons we love this event!

March 10 is National Ranch Day-- a day to celebrate the delectable, ubiquitous condiment that is Ranch Dressing.
I realized I didn't know about the history of Ranch Dressing, so I looked it up and GUESS WHAT? I did not know this. According to Wikipedia: "The original Ranch salad dressing recipe was concocted in the early 1950s by Steven Henson (1918–2007), a Thayer native working as a plumbing contractor in the Anchorage area, while cooking to feed his work crews."
What?! Wow!
All of this reminds me that these days, Alaska has WE ARE DIP Alaska (on insta at ) with their many delicious dips and seasonings. We love hosting We Are Dip AK at the Alaskan Christmas Bazaar each year!

“I got this at your bazaar, as a Christmas gift for my husband. He loved it so much that a few weeks ago he asked, ‘You know that tea you got me? Can you order some more?’ So of course I got online and had a few shipped 😊”
