EV can and do work well in arctic environments!
Tesla Model S Standard drove 329 miles (530 km) in a cold weather test conducted by the Norwegian Automobile Federation. Temperatures ranged between 32°F (0°C) and -2.2°F (-19°C). A Tesla Model 3 LR Dual Motor drove 324 miles (521 km) the previous year when temperatures ranged from 32°F (0°C) to 14°F (-10°C).
