We got back from vacation this morning. Our plane landed at 11:30, boat in the water at 2:30. Needed to get my fix in before starting my night set this weekend. Conditions were great and found a few fish. All caught on the WACky Stinger in the Plum Diggity color.

Round 2 of the Galveston Redfish Series is in the books. It was a struggle for Team WAC Attack. Lots of opportunities missed. We must have had 6 good fish break off before getting them to the boat, it’s not unusual to lose a few with the way we fish but today seemed excessive. We caught plenty of redfish, half a dozen over 8 pounds and probably 3 times that under 4 pounds. We weighed in two fish for almost 11 pounds. Still a great time doing what we love, just a little frustrating.
