It Started with Dream and a Vision… After many years in the metal finishing business providing the highest quality finishing to
almost every aftermarket wheel manufacturer in the U.S., as well as designing, patenting, and producing his own products, Jim
decided to focus his attention on the motorcycle wheel industry. Jim Miansian took note that every motorcycle wheel manufacturer
lacked creativ
ity, all of the wheels were built exactly the same and looked like every other wheel on the market, they were simply
commodity products. Jim had a vision to improve the design and look of motorcycle wheels and saw an untapped market for 3D
multi-piece wheels with detailed and eye catching designs. Movement Products was created and developed for the motorcycle enthusiast who seeks out something unique and different
from any other wheel manufacurer in the world. The newest technologies developed by Movement allow for the choice of one of
our timeless designs or unlimited customization with the client’s personal touch. Extreme attention to detail is given to each and
every wheel which sets Movement apart. In addition, these forged, multi-piece wheels are made in the U.S. partners and
headquartered in Southern CA. Jim evaluated the current structure of wheels and set out to change the paradigm of how a motorcycle wheel has been built for
over a century. He took a radical new direction that would reinvent the way a motorcycle wheel is made. At the beginning, he
designed a new patented structure in which the external assembly would be added. The components evolved into the encapsulations
of the wheel, leaving the center of the wheel to rotate freely. From this initial improvement and concept, Jim was not satisfied with
having designed a spinning wheel, (E.C.R.T., encapsulated center rotating technology), but rather thought out an even more
interesting idea--the ability to change the look of the wheel any time the owner decides. The motorcyclist can lock the center
component, into 20 different positions, with Movement’s 3D locking technology. With a flick of a wrist, the end user would always
be able to give a little change to their bike each and every time they roll out for a ride, all of this without removing the wheel. Jim acquired a utility patent for this as well. With the new structure now interfering with the center of the wheel and having designed spokes to protrude all the way out to
the edge of the wheel, he had to rethink where the air valve needed to be without ruining the beautiful soft lip of the wheel. He
came up with the idea to develop an air valve housing that would be hidden and obscured in the multitude of fasteners that held
the wheel together. Jim designed this and obtained a utility patent for the built in air valve that will be utilized on all of Movement’s
multi-peice motorcycle and automovtive wheels. The basis of the multi-piece constructed wheel was born. This new six piece
integrated wheel utilizes all three new patented technologies. The new structure enabled Movement to design added detail in a much larger canvas. The spoke design flows all the way out to
the lip of the wheel and is raised off the surface of the wheel as a separate component. These techniques have enabled a true 3D
design. Unique Patented designs, accented with the most durable and beautiful finishes ever produced are executed to an
extraordinary degree of precision. Our patented formula and our ability to design specific details for any customer in a very short
time frame while adhering to highest quality processes, allows us to custom manufacture one-off finished wheels. Our wheel sizes
