🔻Recently, in the Southeast Asian markets - the Philippines and Indonesia, we have received some complaints and feedback from customers who bought counterfeit products on platforms like Lazada and Shopee.
🔻These unauthorized imitations mimic our genuine packaging but are made from inferior materials, lacking essential safety certifications.
🟣X-7SEVEN have conducted a comprehensive investigation into this matter and solemnly issue the following notice:
🔔At present, we do not have any officially certified online retail stores in the Philippines and Indonesia.
