After some time away, we’ve made the tough decision to close down Nice Lift Co. Priorities shift, and as we reasses how we spend our time, we’re placing a focus on being less engulged in our computers and social media. We’ve absolutely loved being a part of this community for the last couple years, and can’t say thank you enough to everyone who has been a part of our little COVID experiment turned somewhat-legit lil biz. But don’t worry too much, we’re just going out of business…not out of fitness.

I know we said we never run sales, but this is a special occasion and we’ve got a bit of inventory that we’d like to get off our hands, so we’re currently offering 50% off the entire shop for the next month or so — sizes and styles are limited, but you may find some gems in there!

The 2-2-2-3 interval format from The Games in ‘17 is still such a fun (and effective) way to program a workout.
Give this workout a go next time you’re looking for something besides an AMRAP or EMOM.
🥵🥵
Remember, the first 3 intervals are 2:00 and the last (fourth) interval is 3:00 long.
Rest 1:00 between each.
If you don’t have a bag, just Power clean- it will still be great!
No Echo Bike? No problem, use whatever cardio machine your heart desires ❤️‍🔥
And if you don’t have a GHD, do V-Ups!

See how far you can get up the “ladder” during this 20-minute AMRAP.
Add 3 calories each round you come back to rower.
