- Clients have 24 hours from the time the package is delivered to report damage via our messenger or company email. Please enter CLAIMS/DAMAGE along with a photo of your damaged product for our team to review.
- Claim reviews do not guarantee a credit or replacement.
- Final decisions will be up to the Equine Temptations Customer Service Team. If a replacement is granted, customer may endure additional shipping fees.

Hi Everyone,

I want to give everyone a wholehearted apology for the silence and lack of updates. We are relocating so it’s been a seven month process of selling, prepping and moving. We will be able to work on new inventory after we’ve settled. We expect to have things back to booming by June! Listing a tentative product range below that will be our regular stock in addition to our loved customs.

I am going to apologize for the absence from cookies. It’s been a very chaotic summer personally and professionally which has taken away time from baking much more than I would like. I am working back into the swing of it and will be revamping the company products to match the new look. We hope you’ll stay tuned for what’s to come.
