Beautiful downtown weather! We’ve got it going on at Stam. Lots of great tasting artisanal Italian gelato; our visiting artist Nancy Carlson, wine tasting by Gena Becker from Soldier Creek Winery (Fort Dodge); and Sydney Scandrett on the baby grand!

🎨 Art Walk starts at 5 PM!

One of the best parts of Art Walk is seeing just how far and wide creativity stretches throughout Downtown Ames. Artists are tucked into businesses all across downtown, turning the entire district into one big gallery for the evening.

Take your time, wander a little farther than usual, and discover new artists, new businesses, and maybe even a new favorite spot along the way.

Be sure to check both inside and outside participating locations, as some artists may have moved indoors.

We can't wait to see you from 5–8 PM!

One of the local wineries we carried wine for, Santa Maria Winery, Carroll, IA, has closed. The owners have retired. If you are a fan of SMW, we have a limited supply of a few of their wines in our inventory. Once they are gone, they are gone. The varieties we have are: Autumn's Hush (7 bottles), C'est la vie (7), Christmas (1), Eve's End 5), Iowa Briana (5), Iowa Edelweiss (formerly Vin Lizzie) (4), Lighten Up! (4), Pinot Noir (6), Red Twilight (2), Rhuby Dooby (4), Ringneck Red (4), Rosie's Rose (6), Sauvignon Blanc (4), Ta Da! (3).

Another Story County winery, Red Barn Winery has also closed. One of our vendors, Soldier Creek Winery, bought out the remaining stock of RBW. We have a limited supply of RBW wines. If they are a fav, or if you just want to try them, hurry in before they are gone. You won't be able to get these again either. The RBW wines are:
Frontenac (7 bottles), Frontenac Gris (4), La Crescent (4), Marquette (4), Sabrevois (4), St. Croix (4).

We offer a 5% discount if you buy 6 bottles, and 10% if you buy 12!
