We packed up our rainbow and sent it off to a new home today! This was one of the first tapestries we made so we are very excited. We ran over to afterwards and celebrated by getting a new plant (or two) for our collection.

Scrappy yarn is complete! This clown yarn yarn is unique 🤡 I'm sure all the texture in it will look great in a weaving 🤞 It was fun to make and I was able to learn a new technique with it. We will definitely try this scrappy method again. Next steps- making a tapestry with it!

Trying something new! While all the yarn I make uses scrap yarn, usually I brush it out so it blends super well. For this mix, I am keeping it chunky and putting whole pieces of the scraps yarn in it. We'll see how it comes out!
