Hey everyone! Do you have a western hunt this fall or simply looking to increase your cardio? Check out Run Amery! They meet several times per week and are going to have several “no drop” runs scheduled this year!

Spring is in the air, and we want you to run with us! Here is some info about running with Run Amery:

Run Amery is a "No-Drop" run club. Meaning, if you come run with us you won't get "dropped" from the group even if you're a "slower" runner.

We run all year through all types of weather and encourage you to meet up with us no matter what Wisconsin weather has in store (let us know if you need help figuring out what to wear based on conditions).

We try to stick to our posted start times in an effort to be considerate of people's schedules. So, you can count on us to be punctual (just give us a heads up if you're running late).

Here is our upcoming schedule for April!

*NEW* Monday Night Fun Runs
Tuesday Morning Easy Runs (6AM)
Thursday Morning Easy Runs (6AM)
*NEW* Saturday Morning Fun Runs & Coffee

What's the difference between Fun Runs and Easy Runs, you might ask?

Fun Runs are geared toward our less competitive, laid-back runners, joggers, beginners and walkers.

Easy Runs are geared toward those of you who might be a little more experienced - but beginners are still encouraged to join and won't get left behind.

Easy Runs will happen weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Fun Runs will be scheduled as we're able - keep an eye out for Facebook events!
