Who knew taking the strawberry tops and stems, that I would normally throw out, and freeze drying them to use in a smoothie would taste so good. Freeze drying isn’t just about candy. It is about preserving food and using it in ways that we normally wouldn’t. Did I mention strawberries and raspberries just came out of the machine? If you would like some for your pantry let us know. We also have 2 small bags of strawberry top powder, if you would like to try that as well.
