I want to write all the feelings and post all the pictures. No regrets. No complaints. Having The Spruce has been one of the most joyful experiences I’ve ever had. But right now, I have other joyful experiences in front of me. Chasing the boys on their Bomb City Bluegrass journey is the highlight of most of my days. Our little Airbnb, The Piney House, has been an exceptionally fun ride so far. When my boys are older and my time is more my own, I think it would be fun to have The Spruce again. Until then, I continue to chase these new joys. I will also continue to take decorating jobs. I won’t be in my little treasured store front-The Spruce. I’ll be sad to lock the door for the last time. I’ll miss the smells, all the little beautiful items, and locally made goods. I’ll miss my friends I do business with. But I’m actually really excited to see where God takes me next. I have ideas.😉 Stay tuned!!

This beauty was purchased at an estate sale. It was black and missing pieces. We had a vision. The talented Cara Tidwell Morris painted it with liquid gold leaf, and her husband pieced it back together and mounted it. (It must weigh 100 lbs literally). The finished product is lovely!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
