Well, Spring has sprung! I’ve been a little preoccupied with getting the herb gardens ready to roll! Everything grown on my small urban farm during grow season is then utilized in my tea blends and simmer pots making everything full circle over here!!

Summer Berry Bliss:: highlighting all the summer berries with a white tea base. Great immunity blend mixed with lemonade rather than water for a summer refresher!

The Lemon Drop:: A lemon and ginger base with calming and anti-inflammatory benefits with the help of turmeric and her sister, chamomile!! Soursop for an additional anti-cancer benefit.

Fruity Green Nettle:: highlighting my love for this abundant super food, grown on my urban farm. Not just vitamin rich, but full of anti inflammatory properties and its many health benefits. A fruit punch green tea blend, with saffron coming up from behind for brain health!!!!
