We have Wan Ja Shan 萬家香 products in our Farm Store!

Based in the Hudson Valley, Wan Ja Shan has been naturally brewing soy sauce since 1945 under three important principles: quality, sincerity and service. Along with their perfected soy sauce recipe, they offer a wide variety of products like rice vinegar, organic ponzu, teriyaki sauce, stir fry sauce and more.

Our Farm Store is open from 9am - 6pm daily. Stop by to grab fresh local produce and the sauces to go along with it for your weeknight dinner. May I also suggest an apple cider doughnut for dessert? 😋

Barn School is right around the corner! 🚜

Join Avery with Collar City Mushrooms at TWO of his mushroom sessions. We’ll be getting our hands deep into the mushroom world as we explore what makes fungi tick and how we can use them to replace everyday materials! Along with mushroom-based activities, young learners will have the opportunity to interact with our resident farm animals and go berry picking.

Fathers drink beer but they hydrate first. 💚

Happy Father’s Day to all father figures everywhere and a special shoutout to all fathers at Indian Ladder Farms. We are so lucky to have the most hardworking dads on our team, and some even working the NY Capital District Renaissance Festival today!

If you see any of our dads today, buy them a turkey leg or beer (maybe some water too). We are open today, celebrate your dads at the farm!

We are back for another weekend of magic and adventure at the NY Capital District Renaissance Festival! ⚔️

Gates open at 11am today and tomorrow. Enjoy the Queen’s Royal Joust, other live performances, over 80+ artisan vendors, food, beer and more. Don’t forget to sign up for our Pub Crawl for a chance to meet the horses / VIP seating at the joust.

Our Farm Store, Tasting Room and Pizza Garden are open at normal hours even if you aren’t attending the festival. Re-entry is permitted with your festival wristbands so be sure to visit all of our locations. HUZZAH for now ❤️
