This might be annoying to keep hearing, and if you’ve been here for a while, I apologize for sounding like a broken record. 🤍
We have a lot of new followers placing orders, and lately I’ve been overwhelmed with messages asking about shipping almost immediately after an order is placed.
Just a reminder:
📦 We do have a pinned shipping post at the top of our page that answers many common shipping questions.
📦 Our business hours are Monday–Friday from 6 AM–4 PM.
📦 Orders placed before 4 PM are typically packaged and shipped the same day.
📦 Orders placed after 4 PM will be packaged the following morning and shipped out.
📦 If there is ever a delay in shipping, I always post updates and keep the page as informed as possible.
Weekends are typically reserved for my family. While there are some weekends that I package and ship orders just to stay on top of things, those are not guaranteed business days. My plate is full, and just like everyone else, my family and I deserve some downtime too. 🤍
I kindly ask for a little grace before sending frustrated messages because you haven’t received a shipping notification shortly after placing an order.
I’m currently in the middle of moving, running a business, caring for my children, and managing our home—all while personally packaging and shipping every order.
Anyone who has been here for a while can usually reassure you that we ship quickly and work hard to get packages out as fast as possible. If there is ever an issue, I will always do my best to make it right.
